Terms and Conditions
Room Sharing
- Room sharing is strictly on person of same gender.
- After booking tickets - please send an email to stay@rubyconfindia.org if you have formed a group to share the room and mention the names of ticket holders along with their ticket numbers.
- If you are not part of any group, you will be automatically allotted rooms with people of same gender, 3 days prior to the conference.
- EVERYONE staying at the hotel is required to carry original proof of identity, without which accommodation will be denied!
Hotel expenses and transfers
- All additional expenses must be borne by the attendees when you check-out.
- Expenses towards non-complimentary hotel amenities, room-service and mini-bar usage will be borne by the attendee.
- It is impossible for us to manage the transfers for all guests. Please arrange airport / railway station transfers by yourself or co-ordinate with the hotel for this. This expense will be borne by attendees.
Refunds and Transfers
- Tickets are refundable till 30th Jan, 2014. Please send a mail to refund@rubyconfindia.org
- After 30th Jan, tickets are non-refundable but transferable. Please mention explicitly whom you are transferring tickets to by sending an email to refund@rubyconfindia.org.
